Registered Clinical Counsellor

Hello, I’m Kelly. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) offering individual therapy for adults in Squamish and throughout British Columbia. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can show up just as you are without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.

My work is grounded in authenticity, integrity, and compassion. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I walk alongside my clients with care and clarity as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional experiences.

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

My approach to counselling integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Inner Child and Reparenting Work, and Somatic Therapy. This holistic framework supports both emotional insight and nervous system awareness, helping you better understand your patterns while also reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

Together, we gently explore past and present experiences with curiosity and intention, creating space for healing, self-compassion, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with adults aged 14 and older, supporting a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Relationship challenges

  • Separation and divorce

  • Life transitions and identity changes

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Personal growth and self-discovery

SEPARATION AND DIVORCE COUNSELLING

A meaningful focus of my practice is supporting individuals navigating separation, divorce, and co-parenting challenges. These experiences can bring grief, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. Therapy can offer a steady place to process what you’re moving through and to reconnect with your own strength and values.

My intention is to support you in finding stability, clarity, and compassion for yourself and your family, while working toward healthier boundaries, clearer communication, and a sense of balance during this transition.

Moving Forward, Gently.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected or simply longing for greater clarity and self-understanding, therapy can be a supportive place to begin. I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater ease and confidence.

ABOUT ME

I’m a proud mother of two and have lived in Squamish for over six years. I find grounding and restoration in hiking, yoga, and time spent with my family—practices that inform the way I approach my work with care and presence.

"The person in peak-experiences feels their self, more than other times, like a prime-mover, more self-determined. They feel their self to be their own boss, fully responsible, fully volitional, with more "free-will" than at other times, master of their fate, an agent."
